Jolly is an Italian mastic made from a combination of synthetic resins. It is mainly used for gluing and filling all types of marble, travertine, limestone, and granite. Jolly can also be used for creating mitred joints of porcelain tiles. After curing Jolly becomes very hard and easily polishable.

Jolly mastic is available in 150 ml and 1 litre tins. Each tin includes 1 tube of hardener.

The Jolly in straw colour is ideal for filling travertine tiles where the existing filler has come loose or fallen out. The Jolly straw is a very good colour match to most travertines and will blend nicely once it has hardened.

We have listed below the other colours Jolly is available in, and some of the natural stones they work well with. NB Colours can be mixed to achieve a perfect match (Do NOT add hardener until the correct colour blend has been achieved).

  • Straw (Beige) – Travertine, Jura Beige Limestone, Beige Moleanos Limestone
  • Light Straw (Cream) – Botticino Marble, Crema Marfil Marble
  • Clear / Gold – Gluing joints on all stones – (opaque when dry)
  • White – Arabescato White Marble, White Porcelain & Ceramic Joints
  • Black – Absolute Black Granite, Star Galaxy Black Granite, Black Limestone
  • Grey – Smoke Grey Limestone, Grey Slate, Sepia Grey Marble

Instructions for use:

  • Make sure that surfaces to be glued are perfectly dry and clean.
  • Take from the tin the needed quantity of mastic using clean tools.
  • Add 2-4 grams (couple of peas) of hardener for each 100 grams (golf-ball sized) of Jolly.
  • Mix and amalgamate the two components.
  • Apply Jolly onto the surfaces to be glued or filled. The glue hardens after about twenty minutes; hardening time will shorten at temperatures higher than 20°C and will increase at lower temperatures
  • DO NOT put back in the tin hardened and unused mastic.
  • After use, close the tin to avoid hardening of the glue.

We recommend testing all colours prior to application for a colour match
