Mustang & Pony Levelling Systems are a simple and quick solution to acheiving level floors with no lippage.
The Mustang system can be used on tile 3-20mm thick.
The Pony System is for tiles 3-16mm thick.
How To Use
How to set the base:
1. After having spread the adhesive, insert the base underneath the tiles and along the 4 sides.
2. According to tile size, set one or more base on every side of the tile.
3. Set the tile and beat it with a rubber mallet.
How to insert the wedge:
1. Insert the wedge in the base slot, paying attention not to pass the breakpoint.
2. To facilitate this operation, the use of the Mustang tool is recommended.
How to remove the base:
Once the adhesive is set, the protruding part has to be removed.
This can be done with a rubber mallet or even with feet. Beat parallel to the joint
Kerapoxy Adhesive is a two-component, epoxy resin-based high strength mortar with silica sand and special additives, according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s own research laboratories.
When the two components are mixed together, a thixotropic mix is obtained which can be easily applied, even on vertical surfaces, at a thickness of up to 1 cm in one single coat.
Suitable for use for internal and external bonding of ceramic, porcelain and stone to floors and walls, on all substrates normally used in the building industry.
