Pure Adhesion Ltd completed a move to new premises in time for the run up to the Christmas holidays. Storage and stocks of tiling products are now in our 6000 sq ft warehouse facility. The new shop represents a one stop outlet for everything a professional installer or DIY tiler requires to complete a tiling job. Whether it's ceramic, porcelain, limestone or marble tiles, Pure Adhesion Ltd stocks suitable adhesive, grout, sealer, to get the best possible finish.

Situated on the south side of Harrogate, the old Dunlopillo site, Station Road, Pannal, HG3 1JL  is currently being renovated to house Pure Adhesion.

With 7000 sq/ft. of internal storage space, office space and a retail counter, we are hoping to provide a better and more efficient shopping experience for all our customers.

We will continue to stock all the leading brands in the industry from Dry-Treat to Vitrex, providing you with everything you need for tiling, from spacers to underfloor heating.

Insurance backed warranty gives TTA fixers a competitive advantage

There is such a lot in the media about rogue traders and how homeowners can lose their money or have their property damaged it is a wonder that any of us ever pluck up the courage to let anyone work on our biggest financial asset; our home. How do you find a reputable tradesman who will do a good job at a reasonable price? To be absolutely sure only use tradesmen who are a members of their industry’s trade association.

The Tile Association checks potential member companies for financial health and insists on references. The Tile Association logo is your assurance of quality products, excellent service and professional workmanship and on The Tile Association website, www.tiles.org.uk, you can search for a tile fixer in your area.

The Tile Association are so confident of their members’ workmanship that they have introduced the TTA insurance backed Warranty Scheme especially for TTA Registered Fixers working in the consumer sector. Because it is an insurance backed scheme you can be assured that even if the TTA Registered Fixer goes out of business, you will still have cover.

One of the first TTA members to sign up to offer the warranty was Natural Stone Emporium of Chapel-en-le–Frith in Derbyshire’s High Peak. They told us: “The Insurance Warranty Scheme provides benefits all round – not only does it give customers added peace of mind, it also gives us an edge competitively.” Their customer added: “The insurance is a great idea and tells you straight away that you are dealing with a professional company. Natural Stone Emporium did a wonderful job and the insurance warranty is the icing on the cake, so to speak.”

The TTA Warranty Scheme covers the tiling only for domestic contracts from a value of £250 including VAT to a value of £5,000 including VAT. It will cover your tiling for six years after full payment has been made for the tile installation works to the TTA Registered Fixer.

Tiles can last a lifetime and add real value to your home so when choosing someone to do work on your home always choose the best you can afford. Remember you get what you pay for and peace of mind is priceless.
