A special product from the Lithofin range for marble, natural and artificial stone (MN). This highly active cleaner contains a balanced combination of different acids and rust preventative constituents. Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean dissolves and removes cement films and mortar residues, efflorescence, lime deposits, soiling, together with rust and rust stains.

Field of application and suitable surfaces:
For the removal of cement films on newly laid surfaces and for the thorough cleaning of old surfaces, as well as for the removal of rust and rust stains. Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean does not produce any rust stains when used with iron-bearing gneiss such as Serizzo, Cresciano or with granite such as Sardo Bianco, amongst others. It is therefore particularly suitable for these natural stones.

Please note:
Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean is not suitable for polished and ground surfaces of limestone, marble, concrete-based stones, terrazzo and similar acid-sensitive surfaces. In case of doubt always test in an inconspicuous area. Protect acid-sensitive surfaces and elements such as anodised surfaces, varnished wood, chromium, marble etc, from splashes etc.

Advice:
In the case of very obstinate, recurrent rust staining, an after-treatment with Lithofin Bero should be applied. This is also necessary if, in the event of heavy soiling, Lithofin Cement-Away is used as a cleaning agent.

Directions for use:
Dependent on the nature and degree of the soiling, use Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean either pure or diluted 1:10. Apply uniformly with a scrubbing brush. After a few minutes, brush once more and then rinse thoroughly with water. If necessary, repeat the procedure.

Coverage:
About 10-15m2/L, according to the degree of soiling and substrate.
