Lithofin Stain-Away is an alkaline solution cleaner for all sorts of organic dirt deposits. Where usual basic cleaners and wax removers are no longer enough, Lithofin Stain-Away achieves a further cleaning effect. Lithofin Stain-Away is of thick viscosity, therefore can be used on vertical surfaces. Lithofin Stain-Away causes hardened layers to soften up and makes them removable with water. Hardened layers of wax, oils and greases, crusted and yellow faded floor cleaners are easily dissolved
Paints that have been used on concrete and plastics, coats of paint and varnish, deposits of rubber, glue, carpet adhesives and other organic soiling, with all coats of paint etc. can be removed to such an extent that glue for tiling will stick securely. It is ideal for removing stains even on porous surfaces.
Field of application and suitable surfaces:
Lithofin Stain-Away can be used on clinker and ceramic surfaces, all natural stones i.e. granite, polished marble, travertine and concrete.

When mixed with water Lithofin Stain-Away becomes ineffective, therefore surface to be cleaned must be dry. After successful cleaning, wash whole surface with water and brush. Spillages can be wiped off with a damp cloth. Solvent sensitive surfaces i.e. rubber, man-made materials, varnished surfaces, carpets, PVC floors etc. must not come into contact with Lithofin Stain-Away.
Directions for use:
Work in areas no larger than 5m2. Apply Lithofin Stain-Away thickly and allow to work for 5-25 minutes. Use a squeegy to push any remaining product into the next 5m2 area to be cleaned and rinse the area clean thoroughly with water.
Coverage:
About 3-8m2 according to soiling.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Temperature not to exceed 25°C. Can be stored for about 1 year.

Contains dichloromethane, possible risk of irreversible effects. Do not breathe vapour. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing, gloves and eye protection. Ensure good ventilation during and after periods of use. Do not use in rooms in which open or lightly wrapped foodstuffs are stored. Keep out of reach of children. Labelling requirements in accordance with Dangerous Material Regulations or EC guideline 88/379: Harmful RID/ADR: Class 6.1, No.15 c (not applicable to cartons containing 1L bottles).

Environmental Protection:
Lithofin Stain-Away contains dichloromethane and therefore must not enter the water courses, or soil. Leftovers are to be stored properly.
Disposal:
Product residues should be treated as special waste. The container is made of environmentally compatible tin plate and can be recycled. After being rinsed out and dried, containers may be disposed of through the useful material collection system (see note on the label).
