Safety and working instructions for dry cutting with diamond blades:

Make sure that there are no cracks or breaks in the wheel or that it is not bent for use
To set up or change the disk, pull the plug out
Use the correct cutting blade for the various materials
Clean flange, spindle and cutting blade
Flanges should have at least 1/3 of cutting disk diameter
Diameter of spindle, and bore hole of the cutting blade must have the same bore hole as the cutting blade, must not be enlarged
Max Speed 12300 rpm - 80m / s
For use with Flex L 3406 VRG Angle Grinder or the Flex L 3403 VRG Polisher or similar grinder / polisher
Arrow on cutting blade and the direction of rotation of the machine must be corresponding.
Maximum rotation of the machine must not be faster than the allowed rotation of the cutting blade
Only work on right angles and straight lines. Curves cut and edging may cause tears in the centre or break segments
Avoid harsh starts and tilting blade when cutting. Do not overstrain the cutting blade. Pause occasionally for cooling is essential
When not in use remove disk
To avoid damages, remove diamond blades from the machine during transit
Always wear protective goggles, protective gloves, facemask, safety shoes and working clothes
Protection guard, cutting guide and dust extraction to be used whilst working
Do not stand in line with the blade and the steam of hot particles
When cutting with water, use only petroleum engine tools or electric tools with anti short circuit function.
