Forms a clear, colourless barrier.  Helps protect absorbent, porous grout joints from penetration by water, dirt, oil, grease, limescale and other commonly found household contaminants.  Makes the treated surface easier to keep clean.

Directions
Important: LTP Wall and Floor Grout Protector is intended for use only on porous grout joints between non-porous glazed or highly vitrified ceramic tiles.
Ensure that the grout surface to be treated is completely clean and dry.  Allow grout to dry for 24 hours after cleaning.  Apply a generous coat of LTP Grout Protector using a small paintbrush and allow to soak in.  To avoid leaving a film on the adjoining tiles, wipe away any surplus as you go with a clean, fluff-free cloth, dampened, if necessary, with a little white spirit.  Do not treat more than an area of 2 or 3 square metres at a time to ensure that all of the product is absorbed into the grout.  Remove any excess LTP Grout Protector which is not absorbed into grout joints within 20 minutes of application.  Repeat process after one hour.  If necessary, further treatments can be applied after an hour or so.  After 48 hours the surface can be cleaned as normal.  Use a dry cloth to wipe away any excess from non-absorbent surfaces.

Please Note
Protect glass, porcelain, polished surfaces, plastics, painted and other sensitive surfaces against splashes.  Do not allow excess to dry on the surface.  Wipe away carefully.  If in doubt, test the product on a small area.  Do not use in direct sunlight or in temperatures over 25 degrees C.

Drying Time
Approx 30-40 minutes. Becomes fully effective after approx 48 hours.

Coverage
Approx 15-30 square metres when used to treat grout only.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.  Use as soon as possible after opening.

Maintenance
If necessary, wipe over grout joints using a mild detergent.  Use Stonefix Heavy Duty Grime Remover to remove stubborn surface marks, in which case you may need to re-seal treated areas.
