Directions for Use:
The surface to be treated must be completely clean, dry and free from contamination e.g. old sealer, dirt and grime. If necessary, first clean floor with Stonefix Heavy Duty Grime Remover and allow to dry thoroughly. NB do not use cement and grout stain removers on polished surfaces. Apply Stonefix MPG Sealer thinly and uniformly with a cloth, brush or sponge allow to penetrate for approximately 45 minutes. Buff well with a clean dry cloth and work any excess sealer in to the surface. Leave to dry for four hours and apply second coat using the same method. On more absorbent surfaces, further coats may be applied. It is important to remember to remove any excess on the surface and buff between each coat. N.B. The aim is to completely fill the substrate with Stonefix MPG Sealer without over applying it or allowing any excess to oxidise on the surface. DO NOT APPLY IN TEMPERATURES EXCEEDING 25 DEGREES C. Beware of application upon floors with under floor heating as the product may dry prematurely. If you are unsure of correct application methods, test on an inconspicuous area, prior to general application.

Storage - Keep cool and dry
Do not use on non-absorbent surfaces. Glass, plastic or any surface which may be adversely affected by this product must be protected against splashes. Removal may be assisted with white spirit on a clean fluff free rag or wash with Stonefix Power Stripper.
Health and Safety:
May cause lung damage if swallowed. Toxic to aquatic organisms. May cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. Keep away from sources of ignition ? No smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in a well ventilated areas. Do not breath vapour. If insufficient ventilation, particularly if spraying, wear respiratory equipment. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed do not induce vomiting, seek medical advice immediately and show the label / container. In the case of fire use foam / dry powder / CO2. Do not use water. After use replace cap firmly and store upright. Do not empty in to drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special disposal facilities of waste coatings. Please note - there no health hazards after the material has dried.
Maintenance:
Keep floor regularly swept or wiped over. Use Stonefix Maintenance Liquid to mop the floor. Use Stonefix Heavy Duty Grime Remover to remove stubborn surface marks, in which case you need to re-seal treated areas. N.B. Do not use strong bleach cleaners for routine maintenance. MPG Sealer hardens after about four hours but will take a further three days to achieve full hardness and become fully resistant. It is important not to wet the floor during this three day period.
